1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and utilizing the services of Bang Metal Fabric, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Estimates and Quotations

All estimates provided online or verbally are subject to a physical inspection of the vehicle. Hidden damage discovered during the dismantling or repair process will be subject to supplementary estimates, which must be approved by the customer or their insurance company before work proceeds.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment is required upon completion of repairs before the vehicle is released, unless a prior corporate account or credit agreement has been established. We accept cash, EFT, and major credit cards.

4. Warranties

We provide a warranty on our workmanship. Parts supplied by third parties carry the manufacturer's warranty. Warranties are void if the vehicle is subjected to misuse, neglect, or repaired by another party without our prior written consent.

5. Storage Fees

Vehicles must be collected within 48 hours of notification of completion. Vehicles left beyond this period may be subject to a daily storage fee, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
